Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources (HR) implements human resources programs for the Mission's 430 locally employed staff, including recruitment, position management, performance evaluation, employee relations, employee development, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) issues, compensation, and awards.  It also manages human resources programs for over 100 American employees.  HR provides guidance to managers and employees regarding Department of State or Mission HR policies and procedures.
