EMBASSY OFFICES
Management Section Overview
The Management team comprises General Services, Financial Management, Human Resources, Information Management, the Health Unit, the Community Liaison Office, and Facilities Maintenance. The goal is to ensure that all Embassy employees have the resources required to work and live in a well-managed, safe, efficient, healthy, and comfortable environment. Services include:
- Provision of housing for all direct-hire Embassy staff and the maintenance thereof
- Motor Pool operations with approximately 100 official vehicles
- Expendable and non-expendable supplies
- Official travel of all Embassy personnel
- Oversight of post’s $10 million dollar budget
- Maintenance of post’s communications systems
- Management of mailroom operations
- Maintenance of all Embassy facilities
