Secretary Clinton Speaks on Development in the 21st Century

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton spoke on development in the 21st century at the Peterson Institute for International Economics on January 6. She said that the United States seeks a safer, more prosperous, more democratic and more equitable world.
