Non-Immigrant Visas
Transit Visas for Seamen and Airline Crew Members
In addition to meeting the requirements detailed in the Non-Immigrant Visa General Information page, all applicants requiring a C-1D Visa must show the Consular Officer a current contract or employment letter signed by the appropriate official. Additional documents which assist the officer in making a decision include the applicant’s seaman’s book, previous passports and education or training certificates relevant to their position.
For B-1/B-2 and C-1D visas, or both, only one MRV (non-immigrant visa) fee is charged.
