Currently there are no planned demonstrations for today; however, the police have stated that there could be large gatherings at the Muktangon.

The Embassy advises all American Citizens to avoid Muktangon area.

We also recommend that American citizens limit their movements accordingly and monitor announcements that are published in the local press or announced in the local media.
