Demolition activity has started on the Rangs Bhaban building near Farmgate in Dhaka.  Due to safety concerns, The U.S. Embassy recommends that American citizens avoid the area.  The Embassy further recommends that if going to the Bashundhara Mall, or transiting through the Farmgate area, American citizens use Tejgaon Sonargaon Road instead of Mohakhali Farmgate Road.
