2008 Absentee Voter Drive
The 2008 general election on November 4th is approaching quickly! Come and gather with fellow American citizens and voters, learn more about the candidates, talk to Voting Assistance Officers, and prepare your absentee ballots. This event is open to all American Citizens.
Event: 2008 Absentee Voter Drive
Date: Tuesday, October 7, 2008
Time: 5pm – 8pm
Place: Bougainvillea Room
The American Recreation Association (ARA)
Voting Assistance Officers will be available to answer questions and distribute Federal Write-In Absentee Ballots (FWAB). Voters may also submit completed FWABs to be mailed postage-paid via diplomatic pouch. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
Note: This event will be held in the Bougainvillea Room at the American Recreation Association (ARA), Road 69, Gulshan-2, Dhaka. If you are not a member of the ARA, a U.S. passport will be required for admission.
